If you have studied and passed your exam, earning your certification at least one time in the past, then you are eligible to take the shorter, less expensive recertification course.

Do your courses have a time limit?
No, none of our courses have a maximum time requirement. You can spend as much time as you want studying and taking practice tests, then take as long as you need to finish the exam. You even get unlimited free retests until you pass.
When do I receive my card?
You will receive your instant ACLS, PALS, BLS, or Neonatal Resuscitation certification card immediately after passing your final exam. This is a printable PDF card delivered via email.
How much does it cost to receive my card?
Your emailed card is free, with no cost to access it. Your hard copy card is also free, with free shipping. There are no hidden costs in our program.
How long is my certification good for?
Your card will remain active for 2 years from the day you earned it. Your card will list your certification and expiration date. Your recertification will give you a new 2 year date.
How high of a grade do I need to pass the final?
A grade of 80% or higher is needed to pass your ACLS, PALS, BLS, or Neonatal Resuscitation final exam.
If I fail, can I retake the final exam?
You can make unlimited attempts at the final exam until you pass. There are no extra fees for retaking the exam.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds if your employer does not accept our certification card as valid. This is rare, and is at the discretion of the employer; it is always best to check with an employer or prospective employer to ensure they accept certification earned via our program before your purchase.
